Sample only · synthetic records · not a customer result
What an evidence-led review audit looks like.
Read the observations, inspect the records, and see what remains unknown. This complete demonstration uses a small dataset of 16 fictional reviews; a purchased report analyses its collected dataset.
Demonstration, not a live audit. Sample Business A and every reviewer below are examples. No real business is being assessed. Do not submit this sample to Google.
The Word report is a fuller fictional example: an Evidence for Google report on Maple Ridge Auto Care, an invented auto repair shop, with 1,176 invented reviews. It opens in Word or Google Docs and can be edited, as every AxioIntel report can.
1. Decision summary
Inspect the underlying reviews before deciding whether any deserves a report. A low rating, short text, or a timing cluster does not by itself establish a policy breach. This example reaches no finding about authenticity or responsibility.
2. Scope and coverage
- Business
- Sample Business A
- Source
- Fictional demonstration dataset
- Coverage
- 16 example records; no live listing total or reviewer history
- Comparison baseline
- One dataset only; no earlier collection
The dates in the evidence table are fictional review timestamps, not proof that AxioIntel collected a listing on those dates. Nothing here establishes a review removal or rating change.
3. Recorded observations
| Observation | Evidence and method | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| 16 review records | Count of the rows in section 6 | Not a real listing's total |
| Mean rating: 4.44 / 5 | Sum of the listed star values divided by 16 | Describes only this fictional sample |
| No removal conclusion | No earlier complete collection for comparison | Missing history cannot be reconstructed |
4. Questions worth checking
Finding A: multiple reviews on the same date
Observed: 10 of 16 example reviews (62.5%) have creation timestamps on 2026-08-10 UTC: r4, r5, r6, r7, r8, r9, r10, r11, r12, r13. This is a count of the supplied sample, not a comparison with the business's normal activity.
What remains unknown: the size of the customer base, events that day, and whether feedback was requested. A busy day or a legitimate feedback request can explain the timing. Check the business's records before interpreting the cluster.
Finding B: identical wording
Observed: r4, r5 contain the identical text: Excellent service, highly recommend this shop to everyone.
What remains unknown: whether the writers are connected. Generic wording can coincide; matching text alone does not establish common authorship, incentives, or a policy breach.
Read the exact wording and timing of each record. Similar comments can reflect similar experiences; a busy day or a legitimate request for feedback can explain a cluster. Account activity, transactions, incentives, and relationships are unknown here.
An actual report ties each finding to its cited review records, identifies ordinary explanations, and distinguishes an observation from an inference. Public information cannot establish who directed a review or whether its author was a customer.
5. What the business owner does next
- Check the preserved record against the current review and your own records.
- Read the relevant rule in Google's content policy; disagreement with a review alone is not a reporting reason.
- If the evidence supports a report, a person uses Google's own tools. AxioIntel does not submit it. See the reporting guide.
- Keep a dated record of the submission and Google's response. Google decides what happens.
6. Evidence appendix
All example records are included below. Record IDs connect observations to exact text. Live review links are intentionally absent because these are fictional records.
| ID | Reviewer / stars | Created (UTC) | Verbatim example text |
|---|---|---|---|
| r1 | Example reviewer 1 5 / 5 | The mechanic fixed a transmission problem two other shops wouldn't touch. Quick, and they called the next day to check on me. | |
| r2 | Example reviewer 2 4 / 5 | Clean shop and friendly staff. Waited about twenty minutes past my slot, otherwise a good experience. | |
| r3 | Example reviewer 3 5 / 5 | Best mechanic in town! Also check out Example Garage B, call [example contact number] or text for 50% discount. | |

7. Product limitations
- Preservation starts after collection; reviews already missing cannot be recovered from an earlier record we never held.
- Collection depth and frequency depend on the plan. Uncollected reviews are not automatically treated as removed.
- A collection outage or incomplete pull is not evidence that reviews disappeared.
- Patterns support human review; they do not prove wrongdoing or guarantee a removal or reinstatement.
