Across 190,953 Google reviews, owners replied to 58% but to only 48% of one- and two-star reviews. 45% of businesses showing a negative review leave one unanswered.

How many one-star reviews it takes to fall below 4.5, trade by trade
For 23,703 US local businesses rated 4.5 or above, the median is 15 one-star reviews. For funeral homes and property managers it is 6, and about half fall after five or fewer.
