Terms of Service
AxioIntel is an individually-operated service run by Jatin Wadia, based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India ("I", "me", "AxioIntel"). These Terms govern your use of AxioIntel and apply when you expressly accept them. AxioIntel is intended for business use by adults. If you accept for a business or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it; otherwise you accept personally. Merely having a business email address does not establish that authority.
1. What AxioIntel does
AxioIntel watches a Google Business Profile's reviews and listing details, keeps a dated record of what it sees, and flags removals, edits and patterns worth a look. Public information is collected through AxioIntel's own automated collector and external providers where used. Google sign-in is for your AxioIntel account and does not connect a Google Business Profile. Business Profile API connections and in-app publishing are planned features pending Google approval and are not currently available. AxioIntel does not file reports with Google, contact Google, or contact anyone else on your behalf: any report or dispute you decide to file, you file yourself, using the evidence AxioIntel gives you.
2. Accounts
You sign in through Firebase Authentication (Google sign-in or email). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. Tell me promptly at the contact address below if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
3. Plans, billing, and payment processing
AxioIntel offers a free 14-day trial, which needs no card, and paid subscription plans (Starter, Business, Growth), billed monthly or annually, and a one-time Fake Review Audit, priced in US dollars as shown on the pricing page.
Paddle.com is the merchant of record for everything AxioIntel sells — subscription plans and the one-time Fake Review Audit alike. Paddle processes the payment, issues your receipt, calculates and remits any sales tax or VAT due on the transaction, and your card or bank statement shows a charge from Paddle rather than from me directly. AxioIntel never receives or stores your full card number.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annually, until cancelled. You can cancel any time through Paddle's billing page, opened from Billing in the dashboard's Settings or from the link in any Paddle receipt, or by emailing me and asking; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the period already paid for.
Payments are generally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions in the Refund Policy and applicable law and Paddle buyer terms. Cancelling or downgrading does not ordinarily refund the unused part of a monthly or annual period. When you upgrade, the unused portion of your current plan is credited against the new one. The Refund Policy also covers audits that cannot be delivered and billing errors.
An annual Business or Growth plan includes Fake Review Audits each year, added to your account as audit credits; monthly plans include none. Audit credits are not taken back once added, whether the plan is later cancelled, not renewed or refunded. Full detail is in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a right to a refund that the law, or Paddle's buyer terms, give you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute AxioIntel's collected data or reports as a standalone product; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service; use AxioIntel to harass a person or business, or to submit a report to Google or any other party that you know to be false; or share your account access with someone the plan was not bought for.
You may use reports for your business and share them with your staff, your client where you act as its agency, professional advisers, and the platform receiving a relevant report or dispute. Preserve source references, dates, and qualifications when sharing. This permission covers AxioIntel's own report material; it does not grant ownership of third-party reviews or images or unrestricted rights to republish them. Do not use reports for fabricated complaints, coordinated rating manipulation, or unsupported accusations.
5. No guarantee of outcome
AxioIntel uses automated analysis, including AI, to identify patterns for human review. The Suspicion and Weight scores use disclosed, deterministic factors. AI-assisted reading and report narratives are separate interpretations and may contain errors. Scores, matching wording, and reviewer connections do not establish that a review is fake or malicious or that a person or business acted improperly. Collection can be incomplete, and automated analysis can be wrong. Verify the source evidence and relevant context before making allegations or submitting a report. Reports are not legal or professional advice. Google alone decides what happens to any review or report, on its own timeline and by its own policies. AxioIntel makes no promise that a review will be removed, that a report will succeed, or about how long any of that takes.
6. Availability and changes
AxioIntel depends on the availability of Google's public data, its own collection infrastructure, and external collection and AI services, any of which can change or become unavailable without my control. I aim to keep the service running and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and I may change, suspend or discontinue features with notice where reasonably possible.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Customer responsibility for third-party claims
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will indemnify the contracting operator identified above against third-party claims, reasonable defence costs, and damages to the extent caused by your unlawful supplied content, knowing submission of false allegations, materially misleading alteration of reports, or material breach of section 4. This obligation does not cover losses to the extent caused by AxioIntel's own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct. Ordering an audit does not transfer responsibility for AxioIntel's own collection methods to you.
The operator will notify you promptly of such a claim, provide reasonable cooperation, and allow you to control the defence with competent counsel reasonably acceptable to the operator. Delayed notice relieves your obligation only to the extent it materially prejudices your defence. No settlement may admit fault by the operator, impose non-monetary obligations on the operator, or fail to release the operator from the covered claim without the operator's written consent. Consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
Limits and mandatory rights
AxioIntel is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, my total liability to you for any claim relating to AxioIntel is limited to the amount you paid for AxioIntel, including through Paddle, in the twelve months before the claim arose, and I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, excludes any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or limits mandatory statutory rights. These Terms do not waive the independent rights of Google, reviewers, regulators, or other third parties.
8. Termination
You may stop using AxioIntel and delete your account at any time by contacting me at the address below. I may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, including the acceptable-use section above. On termination your access ends; contact me before closing your account if you want an export of your data first.
9. Governing law
Subject to mandatory law and forum rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
10. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. Each version will be dated. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email before they apply, with a request for renewed acceptance where required. A later version does not retroactively change the terms you accepted for an earlier dispute. You may stop using the service and cancel renewals if you do not accept a change, subject to the Refund Policy and mandatory rights.
