On a schedule, from public data

Know the moment your reviews are touched.

AxioIntel monitors your Google reviews: it pulls your public reviews and listing on a schedule, keeps each pull with its date, has AI read what is new or changed, and sends you one message when something needs you. Nothing to connect, no Google login to hand over.

14 days free · No card · Every plan watches at least one competitor too

What it watches

One dated reading of your profile, again and again.

A pull is one reading of a Google profile, stored exactly as it stood at that moment. Because every pull is kept with its date, a later edit or removal shows up as a difference between two pulls, and you keep what was there before.

1

Every review, as shown

The text, the star rating, the reviewer's public name, when it was posted, and whether the owner replied. When a review is rewritten, both versions stay.

2

Five listing fields

Business name, address, phone number, website and main category, compared with the last pull. A change arrives with a severity and the before and after.

3

Two clocks

A light check of the newest reviews and the listing's details, every 6 hours on the trial and Starter, every 3 on Business and every hour on Growth, to catch a burst or an edit early. A full sweep of the profile, the only reading that can tell a review has gone.

4

The AI reads it first

Every new or changed review gets a two-line summary, a High, Medium or Low priority, the exact words that raised it, and the ordinary explanations to weigh before you act.

What you see

What a pull can find, and what each finding looks like.

A review that changed, with both versions kept

Reviewers can edit their own reviews at any time. A five-star rewritten to one star is the kind of change an alert brings to you first, with the before and the after side by side, dated.

  • Edited · the text or stars differ from the last pull
  • Missing · gone between two complete sweeps, full copy kept
  • Back · a missing review is showing again

A listing change, with a severity

Anyone can suggest an edit to a Google listing. Each pull compares your name, address, phone number, website and main category against the last one, so a phone number that quietly changed under you is not quiet for long.

The alert says what to fix and where. AxioIntel never edits your profile.

A pattern on your own profile, described

The same pattern engine that powers the Fake Review Audit runs on every complete pull of every profile on your plan: sudden bursts of reviews against the profile's own usual pace, near-identical wording across different reviewers, and reviewers who turn up on more than one profile you watch.

Every finding is described, with its ordinary explanations beside it. None is a verdict.

One message per pull that found something

You hear from us when a pull finds something, after the AI has read it, so the message already says what needs you. When a pull finds nothing, you hear nothing. Once a day a digest leads with what is still unresolved.

Replies you post yourself, and a check that they show

You write the reply and post it on Google yourself, then press "I posted it on Google" with it in the box. An optional privacy-safe mode, off until you switch it on, reads that reply and tells you when it says the reviewer was a patient, client or customer, a closing "we hope to see you again" included, so you can change it on Google.

If a read of the review 48 hours or more after you pressed it still doesn't find your reply, the review says so; a full read that no longer finds a reply that was showing says that too. A missing reply is something you see rather than something a customer tells you.

  • Your reply · written and posted by you, never for you
  • Privacy-safe mode · optional, for trades where confirming a visit is itself a disclosure
  • Reply status · showing, not shown after 48 hours, or no longer shown
The limits

What review monitoring does not do.

Stated plainly, because an alert you cannot trust is worse than none. Each of these is how the product works today, not a plan.

It runs on a schedule, not live

A change is seen at the next pull, not the minute it happens. The newest reviews are checked again every 6 hours on the trial and Starter, every 3 hours on Business and every hour on Growth. The times are intervals, not appointments, so the exact hour drifts a little from day to day.

It reads what anyone can see

Monitoring works from the public review data on Google Maps. That is why there is nothing to connect, and also why it cannot see private feedback, insights or anything else only an owner sees, and cannot prove who owns a profile: the app marks ownership as unverified. Reading your Google Business Profile through Google's official API comes once Google approves our access.

It reads as deep as your plan

Each pull keeps up to 300 reviews on Starter, 1,000 on Business and 2,000 on Growth per profile; the trial keeps your newest 100 and 50 of one competitor's. A profile with more reviews than that is still watched: its newest reviews are kept, the pull is marked as capped rather than complete, and the reviews beyond the cap are not compared, so a removal among them is not noticed.

It watches five listing fields

Business name, address, phone number, website and main category. Opening hours and open or closed status are read by Axio-CRED's listing checks, described on Listing sabotage watch. Photos, posts, questions and answers and attributes are not watched, and a change to those is not reported.

It describes, it never decides

A priority, a summary, the quoted words and the ordinary explanations are the whole of the AI's opinion. It never gives a review a score for being fake, never names who wrote it, and never reports, flags, replies or appeals on its own. When it cannot assess a review, it says so.

Replies are yours to post

You write each reply and post it on Google yourself; nothing is posted for you. Drafting a reply with AI and publishing it from the app need a connected Google Business Profile, which opens once Google approves our access.

Email now, WhatsApp later, no SMS

Alerts and the digest arrive by email. WhatsApp is coming and there are no SMS alerts. Account security and billing messages always arrive; the rest each have a switch in Settings.

When collection is down, you are told

If a pull cannot run, the dashboard says so, with the time of the last pull that worked. Figures stay from that pull, nothing is treated as removed while collection is paused, and pulls resume on their own. You are never shown a stale read as if it were fresh.

The record starts when you do

The first pull is the baseline. Nothing that changed or disappeared before it can be recovered, because there is no copy to compare against. How deleted-review tracking works explains what that means for removals.
