Checked every few hours

Your number changed. You hear first.

Anyone can suggest an edit to a Google listing, and a wrong phone number or a false "closed" sends customers to someone else the same day. Axio-CRED's collector checks your listing every few hours, depending on your plan, compares it with the last reading, and gives every change a severity with the before and after. The changes that cost money the same day arrive as Google Business Profile change alerts, so you can put them back.

Nothing to connect · AxioIntel never edits your listing

What it watches

The fields that send customers somewhere else.

Each check reads the top of your public listing, the part a customer sees before they call, and compares it field by field with the last reading kept for you.

1

Contact details

The phone number and the website. A changed number or a new booking link is the change that costs money soonest.

2

Where you are

The business name and the address. A new street address, or a name stuffed with keywords, is recorded with the old value beside it.

3

Whether you are open

Open, temporarily closed or permanently closed, and your opening hours. A listing flipped to closed is the most serious change there is.

4

What you are

The main category. A business moved from its trade to a neighbouring one quietly drops out of the searches that matter.

What you see

A severity, the before and after, and where to put it back.

Severity is not the same as urgency

Every change gets a severity from Critical to Low. Only the changes that cost money the same day interrupt you: a phone number, a website, an address, a closed flag, a main category. An edit to your opening hours or your name is still recorded on the Profile changes screen, without a message.

  • Critical · the listing marked permanently closed, or the phone number changed or removed
  • High · a new website, address, business name or main category; marked temporarily closed
  • Medium · opening hours

One screen for every change

The dashboard's Profile changes screen lists every change on a listing you watch, worst first, with what you decided about it: not decided, made by you, reported to Google, changed back or stands. Competitors' listings are read the same way, so you also see when a rival's name or category moves; their changes are listed, not messaged.

The alert says what the value was and where to change it back. You make the change yourself, in your Business Profile, or with a suggested edit on Google Maps if you do not manage the listing.

The limits

What listing sabotage watch does not do.

What a change on your listing means is often unclear even to Google. These are the things this watch cannot tell you.

It never edits your listing

AxioIntel reads the public listing and shows you the old value. Putting it back is yours to do, in your Business Profile or with a suggested edit. Nothing is written to Google for you, and nothing is reported to Google for you.

It says what changed, never who changed it

A change can come from Google's own systems, a customer's suggested edit, a member of your staff, or someone acting in bad faith. Google does not say which, so the watch does not guess. "Sabotage" is what the change can do to you, not a finding about anyone.

It notices at the next check, not the minute

Axio-CRED checks your listing every few hours: every 6 hours on the trial and Starter, every 3 on Business and every hour on Growth. A full pull reads the name, address and category too. A change made and reversed between two checks is not seen.

It reads what anyone can see

The check reads the public listing, not your Business Profile's owner view, so it sees what a customer sees. It cannot see edits Google is still reviewing, or anything only an owner sees.

Some fields are not watched

The map pin, extra categories, holiday hours, photos, posts, questions and answers, attributes and the service area are not compared, and a change to them is not reported.

The first reading is the baseline

A change made before your first pull has nothing to compare against. If a field was already wrong when you started, the watch records it as it stood, not as it should be.

On every plan

Every plan watches your listing. The plan sets how often.
