No. Only Google removes reviews, and nobody outside Google can promise that a review will come down or come back. We show you what needs you, keep the evidence, and point you to the right Google channel. You decide whether to report it, and Google decides the outcome.
No. It reports patterns, bursts, repeated text, reviewers who overlap, with the evidence behind each, the Google policy it matches, and the ordinary explanations for it. It never says a business or a person is committing fraud. What happens next is up to you, and if you file, up to Google.
It reads every review we pull. For anything worth your attention it writes a two-line summary, sets a High, Medium or Low priority, quotes the exact words, and lists the ordinary explanations; it also drafts replies when you ask. It never gives a review a score for being fake, and it never reports, flags, replies or appeals on its own. When it can't assess a review, it says so.
