These are collection limits, not entry requirements. A listing with more reviews than its plan collects is still watched: we keep its newest reviews, say so on the profile, and never read the rest as removed.

Collection begins when you add a business. A plan cannot recover reviews that disappeared before they were recorded. Coverage limits are shown above; a listing can have more reviews than a plan collects.
Cancel through Billing in your dashboard to stop future renewals. Access continues for the paid period unless you delete your account. See the refund policy and what each plan includes.
