Your listing stopped being found. You know the same day.
A suspended or removed Google Business Profile does not announce itself: customers simply stop finding you. AxioIntel notices when your business's listing stops being found, waits until repeated checks agree before it emails you, and hands you an evidence pack of what it kept, ready for a request you make to Google yourself.
Nobody can promise reinstatement · The record is yours either way
One missed reading is not an alert. Checks that agree are.
Listings fail to load for ordinary reasons all the time: a slow page, a blocked request, a temporary fault. So a single reading that finds nothing is never enough to tell you your business has gone.
A check finds no listing
Your listing is checked every few hours. When a look at the listing's own page finds no listing at all, that is recorded as its own outcome, separate from a check that simply failed. A reviews read that comes back empty is noted too, but never counts on its own.
Other checks confirm it
Before anything alerts, the missed readings must span at least an hour with nothing found between, and either a check by a different route agrees, or the same direct look finds nothing three times over six hours. Only then is the listing marked not found.
You hear, once
One email when it is confirmed, and a high-priority item in Needs you saying when the listing was first missed and when it was confirmed. It stays in your daily digest until a check finds the listing again. Not one message per check.
The evidence is already kept
The pack is built from what AxioIntel already holds for you, so it does not depend on the listing being visible any more.
What your listing looked like, and what changed before it went.
The evidence pack
A reinstatement request asks you to show that the business is real and the listing was accurate. The pack gathers what was on the listing before it went, with dates, so you are not rebuilding it from memory on the worst day.
- The listing's last details: name, address, phone, website and category
- Its rating and review count at each pull since your first
- Its change history, every recorded change with the before and after
- The checks that could not find it, with their times, and when it was found again
- Your preserved reviews, as they were last seen
It downloads as a ZIP of spreadsheets, the last profile details and a short read-me, that you can open, print or attach. It is there to download from your profile's health at any time, not only when the listing has gone.
What changed in the days before
A listing often changes before it goes: a new address, a different category, a name with keywords in it. The pack's change history carries each change with its date, so you can set it beside the day the listing stopped being found. Happening first is not the same as causing it.
What suspension early warning does not do.
A missing listing is the most frightening thing this product reports, so its limits are stated first and plainly.
Nobody can promise reinstatement
Only Google decides whether a listing comes back, on its own timeline. The evidence pack helps you make a clear request; it does not make the request succeed. No one outside Google can promise a listing will be restored.
Nothing is filed for you
You make any reinstatement request yourself, from your own Google account, through Google's own tools. Nothing is reported, appealed or sent to Google automatically.
Not found says what, never why
A listing can stop being found because Google suspended it, it was merged with another, it was marked closed, it was moved, or its owner removed it. Google does not say which, so the warning does not guess. It is not the same as Google telling you the listing was suspended.
It notices at the next check
The listing is checked every few hours, depending on your plan: every 6 hours on the trial and Starter, every 3 on Business and every hour on Growth. Confirming it deliberately takes longer: at least an hour, and six hours or more when only one route reads your listing.
It reads what anyone can see
The warning works from the public listing. It cannot see messages Google sent to the owner, the state of the owner's account, or an appeal already in progress.
Your own business only, and only what was kept
The warning and the pack are for a business you have marked as your own; a competitor's listing that goes shows only as a line in Competitor watch. The pack is built from the readings AxioIntel made since your first pull, so a listing that went before you started has nothing to put in it.
Every plan is warned. The plan sets how soon.
