What a pull is, and how often it runs
A pull is one dated reading of a Google profile's public reviews and listing, and the newest reviews are checked every 6 hours on the trial and Starter, every 3 on Business and every hour on Growth.
A pull is one reading of a Google profile: its public reviews and its listing details, stored exactly as they stood at that moment. Collection is done by Axio-CRED, AxioIntel's review collector. Because every pull is kept with its date, a later edit or removal shows up as a difference between two pulls, and you keep a record of what was there before.
Two kinds of pull
- A check of recent reviews. A lighter reading of the newest reviews, to catch a new review, a sudden run of reviews or an edit soon after it happens.
- A full sweep. A reading of the profile's whole review history. Only a full sweep that finished can tell that a review has gone, so a missing review is never decided from a lighter check.
How often, by plan
| Plan | Newest reviews checked again |
|---|---|
| 14-day trial | every 6 hours |
| Starter | every 6 hours |
| Business | every 3 hours |
| Growth | every hour |
| Enterprise | every hour |
Each plan also sets how many reviews a profile may have. See Compare plans in detail.
The times are intervals, not appointments. A profile is pulled again once its interval has passed since its last completed pull, so the exact hour drifts a little from day to day.
What you will notice
- The first pull of a profile starts as soon as you add it. A large profile can take a while, and its page shows progress until it is done.
- A pull that finds nothing sends you nothing. A pull that finds something sends one message, after the AI has read what it found.
- The Workspace page in your dashboard lists each profile's last and next pull, and warns you if the last one did not finish.
