What the free audit contains
The free audit reads your own business the way a competitor filing against you would, and shows what is worth fixing.
Every new account gets one free audit of its own business. You do not order it: add your business after signing up, and the first full pull of it builds the audit. We email you when it is ready to read. On the trial it reads your newest 100 reviews, the same ones the trial watches. It is rebuilt whenever a newer full pull of your business completes, so it always reads the latest one; on a paid plan that pull goes as far as your plan's limit, and the audit reads up to 750 of them.
In the dashboard it is the Free audit of my business tile, and the report is called the audit-proof check of your business.
What is in it
- What a competitor would find. The things on your own profile that someone filing reports against you could point at, and which of them you can fix yourself.
- Summary figures. Your average rating, reviews by star rating, and how many reviews carry signals, patterns, removals and profile changes the pull found.
- An AI summary. A short read of the findings, written by AI. Weigh it against the evidence beside it.
- The reviews behind each point, quoted, so you can read them yourself.
- A copy to keep, dated, that you can download or print.
What it does not do
- It reads the reviews on your profile only. It does not look up the reviewers' other reviews elsewhere on Google; the paid Fake Review Audit adds that.
- It reports signals and patterns, not verdicts. Nothing in it calls a review fake or says that anyone did anything wrong.
- It files nothing. You decide what to do, and a person files every report through Google's own tools.
Good to know
- There is one free audit per account. It comes with the 14-day trial, and the report stays yours to read after the trial ends.
- If your business was read for a free audit recently, the audit may be built from that dated pull, and the report shows the date.
- A profile watched through public data has not been verified as yours. The report says so.
