How notifications work
One message per pull that found something, one daily digest, by email today and WhatsApp when it opens; there are no SMS alerts.
AxioIntel is quiet on purpose. You hear from us when a pull finds something that needs you, and once a day in a digest.
Alerts after a pull
- One message per pull that found something, such as a removed review, an edited one, or a new low rating on your own business.
- It is sent after the AI has read that pull, so the message already says what needs you, and what it says matches the dashboard.
- A pull that finds nothing sends nothing. Silence means nothing new needs you.
- The link in the message opens that item in your dashboard directly.
The daily digest
Once a day you get a digest. It leads with what is still unresolved, then lists what is new since yesterday. You choose the hour it arrives, in your own time zone.
Channels
- Email is how alerts and the digest arrive today.
- WhatsApp is coming soon. When it opens for your account, you add your number and switch it on in the same place as email.
- There are no SMS alerts.
Choosing what you get
Open Settings in the dashboard, then Alerts. You can switch each kind of email on or off:
- review alerts, after a pull finds something;
- the daily digest, and the hour it arrives;
- audit updates, such as a report being ready or an audit credit;
- notices about a connected Google Business Profile;
- occasional account guidance.
Inside the dashboard, the notification panel sorts everything into Needs action now, Later and No action required. Marking something as needing no action is your own note; nothing is sent to Google.
If a message does not arrive
Check your spam or promotions folder, and add our address to your contacts. If an email provider is slow, a message can arrive late. Everything it would have told you is in the dashboard either way.
